 Let the Vermont Builders and Remodelers Association help you help your business and the State find workers.

Apprenticeship/Workforce Development Town Hall  Thursday, July 15 - 4:30pm.

 We hear it all the time from our builder friends, members and non-members alike - "I'm looking for workers but I can't find anyone!"  

 Workforce development is a huge, unsolved problem in Vermont. We've been trying as a state to get a Talent Pipeline going for decades without enough good results to consider it fixed.

 The VBRA is holding a Zoom meeting (in order to get people from all over the state to attend) to listen to your needs and wants from new workers, to hear about what kind of training you'd like to have available to your existing workers to upskill them, and to hear about what you'd like to see in the form of a comprehensive program to provide a ready stream of qualified, entry level workers for the building industry in Vermont.

 Join us on July 15th at 4:30 pm.  Invite all of your builder friends and colleagues.  We need to hear from as many of us as possible.

 The VBRA is a volunteer run, member driven Association which has had a huge impact on the legislative agenda for our industry in the past five years.  Consider joining us and help us represent your interests and support our industry in getting us workers!
