AMBASSADOR COMMITTEE

UPCOMING EVENTS

What is an Ambassador?

An Ambassador acts as a liaison between the VBRA and our members; the primary role is to assist in membership retention and growth. Ambassadors build and maintain relationships and communication between our members and prospective members.

Ambassadors actively promote the VBRA in the business community by referring prospective members to the Association. They also work with new members to connect them to the organization and to existing members to help them stay involved.

Ambassador Mission Statement

Ambassadors promote goodwill and communicate the mission of the VBRA to new and existing members; encourage all members to get involved with the Association; and support membership and staff.

Ambassador Goals & Objectives

Ambassadors are the face of the VBRA. These dedicated Members are fully committed to the furtherance of community based business. Ambassadors are often the first link new members have with the Vermont Builders and Remodelers Association. Our goal is to help members feel welcome and comfortable and provide information about the various member services. The Ambassadors Committee is the official host of all VBRA events and activities and has the responsibility to advocate for all members. One of the most important aspects is introducing new Members to existing ones and serving as a liaison for Member to Member networking.

Ambassador requirements include: being an VBRA member in good standing, monthly meeting attendance at mixers, annual events, and so on.  But above all, Ambassadors need to be dedicated and involved.
